Where is my order shipping from?
All orders are shipped from Atlanta, GA.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders of $50+ that are shipped to an address in the USA.
About how many days does it take to fulfill my order?
Please allow up to 3 business days before your product will ship.
About how long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 3 business days before your product will ship, plus an additional 3-8 days shipping time if shipped to an address within the US. We offer a variety of shipping options to fit your needs and budget (USPS, UPS, DHL).
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to help. Please read through our return policy below.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item has been delivered to request a return. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, all returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. For returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note that returns will need to be shipped to the following address: Afrocentric Kitty, 1345 Seaboard Industrial Blvd. NW, Suite S-7, Atlanta, GA 30318
Items sent back to us without first emailing us to request a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any return question at afrocentrickitty@gmail.com.
We do not currently accept exchanges. Please ensure you are using the measurements provided to determine the best size/fit for your pet.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
